Information we collect
When you use this website
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, kept in server logs
- Details you choose to send us through phone numbers, email links, or enquiry messages
- No cookies are set, no preferences are stored, and nothing is remembered between visits — this is a purely static website
- Content embedded from providers such as Google Maps and font/CDN services — when your browser loads them, those providers receive your IP address under their own policies
When you receive care
- Identity and contact details: name, date of birth, address, phone number, ID proof, nominee and attendant information
- Health data: medical history, prescriptions, doctor notes, diagnoses, vitals, laboratory and X-Ray reports
- Admission, billing, insurance/TPA and signed consent records
- Emergency information you or your attendant share at registration
How we use your data
We collect only the information needed for a clear purpose, and we use it to serve you — never for unrelated marketing. Personal data is processed with your consent, to deliver a service you have asked for, or where applicable law permits or requires it.
- Provide consultation, treatment, emergency, diagnostic and follow-up care
- Register admissions, issue bills, and process insurance/TPA claims
- Respond to enquiries, appointment requests, feedback and complaints
- Meet legal, professional and statutory record-keeping duties
- Keep this website secure, available and easy to use
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect care already provided, or processing that the law requires us to continue.
Where our permission comes from
- Signed consent for treatment, procedures and admission
- Your request or enquiry on this website
- Legitimate uses allowed under the DPDP Act, 2023
- Statutory obligations under hospital, public-health and tax law
- Protecting the vital interests of a patient in an emergency
Medical records stay confidential
Your health information is sensitive personal data. We treat it with the highest level of care, whether it is on paper in our records room or stored digitally.
Need-to-know access
Only staff involved in your care can see your records. Visitors, bystanders and outsiders are never given access to patient files. Access is role-based, restricted to authorised personnel, and record-room entries are logged.
Never sold or marketed
We do not share patient data with visitors or any outsider who comes to the hospital, and we do not sell, rent or trade records. As per Indian law, your health information is never disclosed to anyone you have not authorised.
Disclosure only when required
Records leave your care team only with your (or your attendant’s) written consent — for example with a lab, pharmacy or insurer — or where a court, regulator or Indian law requires it, including statutory public-health reporting.
In a life-threatening emergency where consent cannot be obtained, we may share the minimum information needed with treating staff and facilities to save your life, and we will inform you or your attendant as soon as reasonably possible.
No cookies, no preferences
- This is a purely static website. It does not set cookies, does not store your preferences or settings, and does not remember returning visitors
- No advertising cookies, analytics trackers or profiling of any kind are used on this site
- We do not sell website data, and we do not profile visitors
- Because no cookies are set, there is nothing you need to clear or opt out of
- Embedded content (Google Maps on the contact page, Google Fonts, JS delivery via jsDelivr CDN) is fetched from those providers when a page loads; they receive technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies
Security & retention
- Physical: paper records kept in secured, access-restricted areas
- Organisational: staff confidentiality duties, access controls and regular training
- Technical: HTTPS-protected pages, hardened hosting and backups
- Retention: personal data kept only as long as needed for care and statutory periods, then securely destroyed; website logs are purged periodically

Updates to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The revised version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes to patient-data handling will also be communicated at the facility.
